Self-efficacy and psychological well-being of teachers

Introduction: The aim of the presented research was to check whether there is a connection between teachers’ self-efficacy and their psychological well-being from holistic (hedonic eudaimonic) perspective. Method: study involved 100 teachers who were asked fill in following tools with proven psychometric properties: General Self-Efficacy Scale, Satisfaction Life Positive Negative Affect Schedule, Psychological Well-being Scale. Results: obtained data confirm that belief, hedonic eudaimonic well-being. degree professional promotion grades modifies relationships considered. Conclusions: significantly associated evaluation efficacy, which may have positive impact on effectiveness functioning achievements students.
